Protinting Shipping Methods

Shipping Cost is calculated in the shopping cart depending on the type of items, quantity, service required, your location.
We use a combination of the below couriers to get your freight to you safely and quickly.

Austraila Post Eparcel
Toll Ipec
TNT (International)
Protinting offers express post and standard post.

We select the most suited carrier at our discretion, for your location and order size.  All items are packed and shipped with the utmost care.

Protinting Shipping times

Items will be shipped same day or next day depending on the order time.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Express shipping, usually 1-4 days (1day in CBD) Depending on how remote your location.
Standard shipping, usually 2-10 days (Remote NT & WA often 10days) Depending on how remote your location.

Protinting Returns Policy

Returning Protinting Online products

We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at Protinting Online. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund / and or exchange. Please refer to the full Protinting Policy for details. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.

How to return a product ordered on Protinting Online

Products ordered at Protinting Online can be returned to Protinting Po Box 50 Chirnside Park Victoria Australia 3116. You will need to include a copy of your tax invoice in the package with your phone number and the reason for the exchange/ refund.  Information on your tax invoice is needed as proof of purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.

Faulty Product

Contact the Customer Service Centre 0416 867 096 prior to returning the product (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Please refer to the full Protinting Policy/terms of service for details.

Damaged or Incorrect Product delivered

We apologise for the inconvenience, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as we receive the damaged or incorrect product back.  Contact the Customer Service Centre on 0416 867 096 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Protinting will offer you an exchange provided:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
  • A restocking Fee may apply in certain circumstances
  • You produce a copy of the tax invoice for the item.
  • The item is in resaleable condition.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
  • Per lineal meter rolls can not be returned for change of mind as this film is cut to order.
  • If these requirements are not satisfied Protinting reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind returns.


Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Protinting will not acept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Per lineal meter rolls can not be returned for change of mind as this film is cut to order.
  • These products can still be returned if they are faulty.
  • If you cannot present your Protinting tax invoice protinting  reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a 'deal',Protinting may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.


Protinting reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
Please note:

  • Your original Protinting tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
